Alright so im using onyx cut server with the cg 75fx. Everything used to be just fine and work great. Recently the computer took a poop and we had to reload onyx and the cut server. I noticed that onyx seems to be sending the cut file a bit too big and the plotter is cutting the graphics too far...
Curious for anyone printing on this stuff, what heats are you running the material at? And maybe an idea of what type of print settings you have on it? Passes?

Basically whats been happening is our 75 has been being goofy with alignment. I recently did a whole alignment fix and going into service mode and going through the whole 9 yards to realign it because of banding problems. So pretty much this only seems to happen while i am on the rasterlinkproII...
Need help FAST!! Where is the backup battery on my jv3-130 spII. Someone said behind the firewire card?..so do i have to take that out and then it will be behind?
Well lately the mimaki has been crashing due to the computer crashing..we installed a new firewire card because the old sucked and was crashing also. I also noticed that we have a fwire port in the front and the back..one being directly on the motherboard and the one of front being on a seperate...
Well looks the like the jv3 isnt very well aligned. I have it on 8 pass now and it just been rolling over itself for a lil while now. Just wondering if there is any adjustments i could make or any alignments issues i could fix for it to print more consistent. Thanks, Tony
