Yeah that's what I was afraid of....nozzle replacement is on. Just trying to see If I can improve banding at all without spending a fortune on heads. Looks like I'll be replacing some anyway.

Carriage Velocity - 1100, Accel. Period - 350 Most recent jet test images attached. The Agfa is a 2012. Printheads are Ricoh gen 4. We will try flushing today and see if that helps.

I'm using an AGFA Jeti 3020 Titan and having a lot of banding issues. Sometimes it prints great, sometimes the banding is terrible. Our customer wants to hang some 3mm ACM sign panels along this short metal fence (see image). Each section of the fence is about 56"w x 30"h. What would be the best way to go about this? I thought about metal straps but maybe someone has a better suggestion.

The post is some kind of metal. I've used PVC up to 6mm but never this thick, so wasn't sure that could be it. I don't have any experience with HDU so I wasn't sure it could be flatbed printed.

Does anyone have an idea what substrate this is? It's a little under 3/4" thick. It doesn't seem like PVC, acrylic or MDO, but I could be wrong. Looks like a flatbed UV print with painted edges.
