  2. Surfacing MDF Spoil board issue

With vacuum hold down you would never use .125 or 1/4” - you have to surface Mdf for a vacuum table, they have a coating on each side that will eliminate the ability for air to pass through. You have to prevent dust from getting into your vacuum system, this can easily kill an expensive vacuum...
  3. Surfacing MDF Spoil board issue

Use 3/4” - once you surface 1/2” you’ll see buckling because it’s thin. Try to find LDF as well, MDF has more glue and Moisture. Vacuum pumps we’ll have a harder time pull through it. Most cabinet materials suppliers will have it. LDF also tends to warp less, we tried several products over the...

Your ink is expired by 2 years yikes - Huge problem right there. When using expired ink you'll get all kinds of issues. You need to flush your lines out & install new ink. There are two filters types on that machine correct ?? Change all filters as well, these are recommended at 6 months...
  17. I am curious about the handtop print option and the Kyocera head (KJ4A-0300) voltage setting.

Temperatures are right, If you lower them than your nozzles wont fire correctly. Temperatures for this machine couldn't change & 39 - 40 is common. Why mess with your voltage ?? Never heard of adjusting this when having print issues. If your getting blurry prints you can check your head...
  18. 6ft x 48ft wall mural

You’re using unlaminated thin vinyl it’s gonna stretch, with some force you’ll easily get 1/4” movement. I think that series is 3 mil thick so it’s easy to stretch in a warm room. I would recommend just laminating it for all jobs - it will protect the ink better. If you’re using UV ink, we...
