Does anyone know where or how I can get the ink chips unlocked preferably in the UK - having trouble with 220ml 3rd party ink carts reading the chips. So am considering other options. Thanks

Thank you will give that a try. Yes seems to be the same nozzles unfortunately. It's just over 2 years old from new, its used as a side business so used around once or twice a week. On the occasions i dont have any work I at least run a nozzle check and a light clean once a week.

Im just about to change the cap top as I have some missing black nozzles and wondering how I go about flushing the pump tubes whilst im changing the cap top. The waste ink is hard to get the drain started I have been getting a syringe and pulling the ink out of the drain tube to get a flow...

Thanks, just tried the Avery website there isn't any for the VJ628. May be a silly question but could I use a profile built for the VJ1324 for the VJ628? - I presume they are the essentially very similar ? Thanks

Thanks Pauly - have been trying, very hard to come by as you previously said. Onyx has 1 generic profile fro the VJ628 and its not great.
