  5. Resist Mineral Oil

    Print on an optically clear CAST Clear and Apply a Polyester clear laminate to the top and then apply to the polycarb. We use Arlon products.

    3.5 MIL OR 6 MIL DCM MAGIK-STIK (fathead) If has heavy use, you can laminate it as well. Use it all the time. No residue when removed. No egress though. Not needed if flat. Air Egress is twice the cost. Customer's budget selects the material they get.

    Just print it on standard 13 oz., roll and ship in a 4" x 4" x 48" box or tube, should be pretty cheap to ship, we do this all day.
