    Just an update on this. I ended up wiping down the encoder and it printed perfectly again. I am not sure if something was on it or what. But the colors are printing in the correct sequence again and in perfect registration.

    Not sure of you budget but Digitech has some quality machines and their support is stellar. One thing I would recommend doing is running the same file at a few different number of passes. What does it look like at 3, 5, etc. the lower the pass number the faster she prints and time is money.

    Not sure if you have come across EZ-Tubes or not but we used them to mass produce Cubicle Extenders when offices started opening back up. Super easy to cut and the have slots to retain panels. If you call or email they do bulk discounts. The connectors are super easy to use as well.
