I might give the arlon a try next time around. Are you using a range of their sluff ? cast and poly ? and using a generic profile with the arlon stuff?

Cutting substance X1 with ultracurve 1500 laminate. Using genuine Roland 60 degree blades. I have a table on both sides of the cutter so it can stay flat and consistent. Ive really got no explanation for it haha.

Iv been having this issue with my vg540. This is example is towards the end of a print and always seems to happen on solid dark colours. Does anybody have any ideas for a fix ? The reprints are killing me. Printed on substance X1
