    I am only a user of this printer, I am not an expert. I will be out of my office around a month. Do I have to put the printer in a kind of park state or something similar to avoid the ink dry? if yes, would somebody tell me how to do it? Thanks so much for your help in advance.

    Thanks for all advices and recomendations. This is what I did. I Swaped printheads 1 and 2 and cleaned printheads C - LC. I printed the all test plots. Finally analizing the imagens attached, I think the printer is good now. However, any additional opinion is more than welcome.
