I've already done that in estimate. for most things everything works out well. My large prints are the only ones that seem to be off. I'm not sure why or how unless I need to make my materials mark up lower. I think that is where I am stuck.

Me too! They look cool, but are a total pain to reproduce. I usually outsource those rather than trying to duplicate in shop.

And charge more if the original graphic has a gradient they want to keep. It costs more to reproduce in vector form.

Check some of the vehicle wrap vinyls such as Avery, oracal, vvivid, KPMF, Hexis, and Metro. There are others as well. Metro Restyling carries a large selection.

Something similar to this happened to me on a roland 5401 recently. My rep had me go into service mode & perform a choke clean as well as a head soak followed by a couple of powerful cleans. I ran the process about 3 times along with a couple of 24x24" print jobs to get the cleaning solution...

I just took measurements of all sides except the bottom, added in the extra depth for where the top overlaps and added an extra 1/2" for the lip of the lid. I used Arlon DPF 8000 (the same as I use on snowmobiles & ATVs) The only issue I had is it stuck almost too well.

I tell mine they are better off going with sign or wrap vinyl for contour cuts.

I’ll have to check into that. I inherited a few pieces that already have the protective wrap removed.
