thanks......what type of blade do you use for perf/through cutting laminated vinyl(red or blue cap)...... im using the blue cap 60° blade on for perf cutting monomeric vinyl and the results are very inconsistent, should i be using those red cap blades (CB15), will it give me a better results.

I laminate it cold

Will auto laminator removes silvering completely

it's a local brand polymeric lam...spec sheet says 100% transparent

its a glossy lam, and as I mentioned that silvering is nightmare

I used (C75/M68/Y67/K90), maybe thats the problem???

What bout the profile, how hard is it to make a custom profile, if i get the equipments

I used a manual laminator so this can be the reason too, the side is also peeling but not as much as top and bottom
