Thank you, yes we have. I was told by one of the techs that we should be changing the bit every 5-6 sheets. I thought this was highly unusual in comparison to other machines we have worked with. We just wondered if others users of this machine were experiencing the same use rate?

We have run wall graphics with ij 35, ij 40, ij 180 and phototext. All have their different attributes. The best results we have seen for adhesion, removability and vibrancy is by far ij 180. Most would say this is over kill for wall graphics. But we have concluded that it gives us the best...

Thank you for your reply! We are also using the pop v2 inks. Our procedure sounds similar except for the 18x18 boxes. That actually sounds like an excellent idea opposed to just the regular alignment print startup. We noticed that in shutdown mode fans are running 24/7 on this machine compared...
