    Came in to a subtank hi warning, tank not high but magenta cartridge read as empty. Changed cartridge and chip wouldn't read.   3. Mutoh-Wall Vinyl issue

    We have a Mutoh 1624 and when I print on our wall vinyl it pulls up off the backer in several different spots. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Is the heater to high? TIA
