    would love to see the Jig, i have the same issue with the 700w jamming and scratching the material specially with perf, banner and gf222 which its "thick" the best thing so far is to crank the vacuum all the way to 100% and crank the inter-pass delay to like 350-400.

    I mostly use PDFs but if i customer sends me a jpeg for a poster i just drag that into onyx and print it, haven't really noticed any slow downs. but again, its 1 poster.

    its actually really good, i don't reprint files often but the few times I've have the color is very accurate. also matches my PDF 99% for most jobs.

    never used regmarks on any of my Die cut jobs with them. load the art with proper bleed or offset paths, then load the die line file as a separate file, preview then shows how it looks over the art. done. one thing is they don't weed it nor mask it.
