Thank you. Do you install the old print heads and do a clean of the op PH, when done? Or would you put a brand new ph in test? I was not sure if the old PH would be totally clogged at this point or not.

Alright I tried to pull them off the white hose to test, that is not happening, how did you remove the towers from the hose? Or did you find the hose and replace it all?

Do you just pull them out of the white hose? Or will i need to heat the white hose?

I always do and the PH were brand new.

Ink Carriage tray is full of optimizer I think. We will replace ink lines is the only solution... I just might buy a new machine :]

Under Op PH it is dry as a bone. Under the right side of the carriage it is wet with what I assume is optimizer liquid.

I have not got into the office, played cards last night. I didn’t think about this but I replaced the line edge sensor, it had like an oil goopy stuff one it. I then printed for nearly Two days without error with the new sensor. Is that want optimizer looks like? A clear oily type film?

I will do so tomorrow. The drop test was run very quickly after I installed new print heads. I would be shocked if I have used 5 -10 ml.
