    I have issues printing labels with barcodes, printing vertically they print fine if i print them horizontal the barcodes print blurry, large prints are fine apart from the small details, I've got a new encoder strip. recalibrate works well until few more days again then run into the same issue...

    Mimaki CJV 150-30 ink/printing issue

    Has anyone ever seen this? I have my printer set on a normal heat setting for printing IJ180Cv3. This crackle only happens when I'm printing all black. The crackle starts when it hits the post heat platen (set at 105 degrees). It doesn't happen with any other color. It's happened in the past...
