1614 only printing black

Need some advice where to start before i start throwing parts my 1614a had been setting a year. I got it printing black but no colors yet the dampers are full here is what i get on test print

Wow, a year sitting for a printer is quite a long time. I do not remember what its called but have you tested the "fill up ink" command? It should suck ink through the pipes from the cartridges and through the print head. How experienced are you with diy fixing printers? You could also try pushing/sucking ink cleaning solvent with a syringe through the pipes that connect to the print head. Could also be a clogged print head, we had a Mimaki that sat for a week and the printhead had to be replaced. (this was due to supplier not being albe to ship cartridges in time, they lickily covered our bill)

Yeah i know a year is a bit long i am experienced i do most of my rebuilds but i normally work on hps this is my first time dealing with a epson printhead lol and i had thought of it being the printhead but was trying to see whatelse i should check before replaceing it have had it soaking in cleaner fir like a week to get to what you see in the sample

Damn. I must say that my last comment had pretty much all the things I know that can be done before needing to start to source new/functional parts elsewhere.

Is this like a bonus printer if you get it to work or do you have to fix it no matter what?

Gotta get it working i picked it up used for shop to replace my old dye based printer and it is my first time dealing with epson or solvent ink so has been fun so far
