Need Help 1617 MUTOH ERROR

I changed yellow ink for my 1617H Mutoh printer and the display reads - (Y) S/C Ink Error -
Does anyone know what this means and how I would fix it? I put another reader card from another yellow ink and that didn't work.

I had an issue like that last year. As it turned out it was the black cartridge that has a bad chip on it and for some silly reason it would throw error codes for other colors....
