18x24 Corrugated Plastic Source?

Where does everyone source their 18x24 (or 24x18) 4mil corrugated plastic from? Ever since Grimco bought out Midwest Sign Supply, I've received nothing but garbage. I receive the orders in boxes of 100 sheets per box. A majority of the sheets are damaged. There's no visible damage or dents on the cardboard box so I know these were damaged before being placed in the cardboard box. Some of the dents are in the middle of the sheets and not only the edges.

This is one more item that I'm no longer going to be ordering through Grimco. I've brought this issue up with multiple Grimco employees and none of them have any good excuse. I can't imagine I'm the only one that receives damaged corrugated plastic sheets from Grimco.

Have you tried Glantz (nglantz.com). I'm about an hour out of Pittsburgh and they deliver to me. If you only need the 18x24 they ship them to you.

I have them cut 4ftx8ft sheets in different sizes for me and I've never had a problem with it being dented or bent when I got it either delivery or shipping.

Good luck

It starts with the manufacturer. Look for sheets made by Laminacorr, TCC, or Matraplast and that will get you a better sheet.

Midwest used to stock Matraplast. Now Grimco primarily uses Inteplast because they are generally the lowest cost manufacturer.

Same thing happened in Texas. We were sourcing ours from GSG and Grimco took over. If you are in Austin I've checked in with Allied Plastics and they are carrying Matra Plast. For a laugh check the picture below, left is what we got last order from GSG and right is Grimco. I've got the Grimco rep trying to convince me the white point is just "in the eye of the beholder". It looks so sickly grey if you have it around anything that is actually white.
