2 fonts 1 big headache

Got a label from a client they need re-created, ive got the main text all re-created in AI but all this text at the bottom id rather not have to pen tool.
Ive gone through all of our fonts and cant find anything even close, my guess is custom but im hoping someone has a few that may be close they can help get me in the right direction.
Both fonts in the attached image are the ones im struggling with finding.
Any help is great.
