2 vertical lines on all prints...

Why am I scared to know what this might be?
Could it be as simple as an encoder strip cleaning, or replacement, or is that even simple.


They sort of look red and the other green.

I restarted machine, it does it on everything I print same exact place.

OH, and this is probably important, at one point it stopped printing and I think it said Call Service or Service code 0110.
I shut machine of and it keeps printing (with lines).

Well, yes, encoder strip would be my first thing to try. Specially if it does always on the same spot on any material.

Is this something I can clean/replace myself, I am looking for videos can't find any.
