Question 202 error on CJV30 after head cleanning

hello every one
I'm facing this problem on my cjv30 after trying to recover my genuine print-head. after reading so many comments the only solution could not try till today is

1- Downgrade firmware from 3.0 to 2.2 ( can't find 2.2 firmware on the net )
2- boot machine on service mode and re enter manually the head number

if someone can guide me in one or the other procedure i'll be great full
