20ft x 4ft Illuminated Sign Cabinet - Extrusion Questions

Hello! I have fabricated 10+ smaller sign cabinets using EX-14, EX-1 for the returns and typically ex-7 for the face frame inserts. ACM as a backer.

For a larger 4' by 20' cabinet, would it be typically be ok to use EX-14 (4") returns at this width provided I used support beams and gusset supports along the frame? The cabinet will be mounted quite high up at a bottom height of 36ft. Mounted to a brick wall.

hopefully I am providing enough information here.

Haven't used the stuff, but it would probably be just fine. I'd also attach a vertical support in the center to keep it from spreading apart or sagging, and make the back out of .063 instead of acm.
I haven't used this EX series, but just looking at them, wouldn't the EX-5 be cheaper than the EX-7, or even the EX-6, since you don't need the trim to hold the face both front and back, because the EX-14 has the flange for the face to rest against.
