Hi everyone,
we are a used printing equipment dealer based in Germany and one of the largest dealers in Europe for refurbished machines.
Our main focus has always been on Mimaki and Roland solvent/UV printers, so we are very well equipped in that field.
Recently, however, we acquired 20 Epson SureColor SC-S60600L units – most of them in working condition.
We already have the Service Manual (SEPS15-003, Revision I), so we’re covered on documentation for maintenance and repair.
What we’re still missing is the Epson Service Program (Utility/Adjustment Program).
According to the manual, this tool is required for certain adjustments and maintenance tasks (e.g. Chapter 4.1.6 “Service Program Basic Operations” and Chapter 4.2 “Parameter Backup/Restore”).
Question: Can anyone here help us with access to or installation of the Service Program for SC-S60600L?
