24' LYNX S-60 & Flexi only cutting about 18" wide

I am using Flexi with a 24' LYNX S-60.
If I try to cut anything wider than about 18" the error light will flash.
It will cut out the sign but anything past about 18" just doesn't get cut.
I am hoping that there is a simple solution but so far I can't figure it out.

18" left to right as you look at the machine, or 18" in length ?

Measure the distance between the two pinch rollers. What is that number?
