After about 8 years of using them with ZERO problems, it happened, I got screwed.
I placed an order with rush shipping and did not receive it until after the date. I called 8 times, emailed, tried different phone numbers. All I wanted was the tracking so I could let my customer know if she had to have a plan B. All they kept telling me is "you will have the tracking within 24 hours"...6 days of that same answer. One person would tell me it shipped, another said it was in production - they had no idea what was going on. Can't talk to a supervisor, can't talk to anyone who has a first language of English. I ended up getting the package late, then they updated the tracking number online AFTER the package showed up. Turns out they shipped it the day before the due date, but just regular 3-day UPS. I paid over $200 in rush shipping fees for a regular sized box of stress reliver footballs they could have overnighted it. They refused to refund my rush shipping fees. I had to call 4 more times and argue for them to refund 80% of the shipping costs. I still have not seen it in back on my card. When I called they said "you will have the deposit within 24 hours" - ya right, I heard that before...8 times.
Before I placed that rush order I had placed a larger order with some different footballs on it. They were out of them so I had to cancel that part of the order and re-order - the reason for the rush shipping. I still have not seen that money back on my card for that order either.
Really disappointed because I love their products, the site is easy to use and I've never had any problems with shipping or quality. I've placed about 6-7k in small orders of can coozies, etc. so it's not like it's just 1 or 2 jobs.
It must just be a call center and they farm everything out? How can nobody know for 6 days where my order is and then it appears?
