I've used Grasshopper. They even offer real voice actors (cheap) for your messaging. It forwards and allows you to have multiple extensions. I haven't used it for a few years, but I liked it when I did use it. https://grasshopper.com/

I just use call forwarding when I'm out and have voicemail on with a custom message for business hours. Works well and keeps things simple without managing two phones.
