- Insure quality control protocols are followed so that all production output during 2nd shift is within spec and meets our stringent quality standards, and all equipment is maintained to ensure the highest performance.
- Orchestrate production workflow and correctly prioritize production schedule to insure daily and weekly goals are met.
- Proactively problem-solve complex production and equipment challenges.
- Communicate detailed status of all projects and any other pertinent information with 100% accuracy to all stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with prepress, project managers, and other departments to coordinate priorities.

-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to manage people and projects with multiple deadlines that are in various stages of development or production.
-Possess a positive, “can-do” attitude.
-Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours when necessary.
-Desire to grow your skill-set and take on more responsibility.
