3” CORE Plugs for spoiling transfer tape Where do you get them?

I need core plugs for spoiling my transfer tapes off its dispenser and for spoiling large prints off my take up reel rolls for trimming on table. I attached pic. Don’t mind paying but none of my distributors sell them. Nor can they sell me some.

Order something for a dollar that fits in a letter sized envelope and only needs a stamp to mail it, and instead they put it in a 30x40x60 box laid flat with a catalog and charge you $150 LTL freight....
