3/8" diameter standoffs?

Anyone got a source for inexpensive 3/8" diameter chrome standoffs? All my sources seem to stop at 1/2" diameter. Need inexpensive as well, if possible. Have some $20 signs I need to install and they aren't too willing to spend $40 in standoffs to hang a $20 sign, and it's about 25 of them as well.

Oh, forgot to mention, need them in 4 days
