30" x 120" Light box supplier? Also, LED or Flourescent?

Have Job at a Laundromat , customer wants a new light box, he removed old one and re-stucco'd surface before calling.

Who would you recommend getting a new light box from and would you use LED or Fluorescent lighting?

LED's and the new energy efficient fluorescent tubes use about the same power, but the LED's will be 1/3 less bright. Both will save about 60% electrical over conventional sign magnetic fluorescent transformers..
