310 cotton rag paper

Hi all... I have been asked to do a lot of stuff for an up coming arts festival here in OKC.. One of their projects they are wanting to print on 310 photographic 100% cotton rag paper.. I would need it on a 3" core.. Does anyone know where I could get that? Better yet does any MM on here have it?
