3D Direct Color Systems Printer

Hello,
I am new to 3d printer and have just got on with a printing company that has a Direct Color System UV 3D printer. I need some real help getting started. They have tutorials but they are more suited for someone that has already been trained. I have looked on Youtube but still nothing for a "newbie". I would greatly appreciate any and all help or suggestions.
