What profiles are you using. More specifically drying, curing, input tension, vaccume, and airflow.

Havent tried this specific but others similar....if you are struggling, possibly because it isnt a digitally printable film. Doesnt mean impossible but......

I can print on this material just fine. My problem is that because of the heat I get alot of shrinking and warping in the material. I was trying to see what others used So I could get an idea if there was some better values to use.

so it sounds like it doesnt print 'just fine'

its supposed to be screened with trans. ink

Clarification.... Prints fine. Dries not so easily.

Keep in mind the above temps might still produce a wavy or slightly wrinkly print on the 3M reflective, but once applied to an aluminum blank using a roller applicator, it sits flat just fine.

See that's the same think I have. I am using even lower temps then you are.
