Have you ever considered just using that instead? I was just thinking you could use that on all your prints and just carry one lam since it is recommended for fleet applications also.

8048? We do, that has become our primary lam of choice unless it's a wrap then we use matched kits.

No I meant the 8509, or are you using 8518/19 for the match?

I don't trust 8508, 09, or 10 after all my experience. 8048 is so much better in everyway.
If we use 180 it's either matched with 8518 or 8520
If we use Avery 1105 it's matched with 1360Z, etc.

My problem is 8048 is Gloss and I can't get 8050 (matte). It also doesn't appear Fellers sells 8048 in 60", only 54".

Depends on what you are using the 40c for. Did you try Grimco for the 8050?

If your graphic is primarily on a flat surface, I've got a 5 or 7 year polymeric calendared vinyl laminate. 5 year 54"x150' is $260.00 and the 7 year film is $301.74. Coated in Toronto for us by Drytac.
If you aren't really using the 40C as a removable, our 7 year grey/perm adhesive on air-egress liner 54"x150' is around $300.00.
