7" x 4" motorcycle tags?

Hey folks, if anyone can help, I need a source to get blank 7x4 tags for a local business that rents mopeds. I'm debating about printing the vinyl or doing cut lettering to go on these but all of that is a moot point if I can't buy the blanks! There is a local CNC service that can cut these but after I pay him and buy the sheet of material I'm already a little north of $1.60 per tag. Any suggestions would be appreciated! E4C
