800w Error Code Help

I keep getting the attached error codes on every now and then (see attached file)
At first it was presumed that the machine needed turning off, power off completely and a re start.
But after re starting Onyx a few times it goes.

Also attached are error codes fron the 800w which we sent to supplier.
Our supplier has sent the (codes 3 file) with what could be the issue.

Has anyone come across this before?

Seems that intermediate tank Y an K are detected to be depleted. Could be that air is trapped in and prevents from being correctly filled or ink pumps not supplying ink. Or there is a leakage somewhere. I guess someone has to take a look into the machine.
