I have for sale a VERY RARE book entitled Electrical Advertising Sketch Portfolio Number 1, published by Signs of the Times back in 1929.
This book measures 11.8” tall x 17.7” wide and contains 147 pages. Sad to say, 4 of the pages are not original, however, I have full size copies of the missing originals.
Being photo-copies, they are white where the original 143 other pages are yellowed with age. (What can one expect with a book that is 97 years old!??)
Being that old, the binding has separated itself from the book but that does not affect its functionality. The pages, though yellowed, are in great shape.
I can’t tell you how many dimensional signs I fabricated using ideas from this book!! It is worth its weight in gold!
This is truly a historical book and I believe it is safe to say, you won’t find another ORIGINAL one out there.
So, this is your chance to own a piece of Sign History. Not only will you own this rare book but you will also benefit from the ideas it will present to you as you continue on into the Sign Industry!
