hello everyone.
I`m new to this forum and I hope someone here can help me.
We have been using acuity hd-2504 for about 3 years now, cant say anything bad about it except : Print head life span.
Seems heads can work for 1.5 -2 years and after that just die.
using only KO inks from sericol didn't try KI
(we also use oce cs 7070 for abt. 6 years now with only 3 clogged nozzles so frequent head failures in same work environment seems bit silly.)
fujifilm/sericols position is : its due to solvent fumes,but solvent printers are located in separated work area.
I have some questions to anyone familiar with this flatbed
1. Is anyone experiencing same print head lifespan abt. 1,5-2y (with KO inks)
2. Did anyone try using CA4 print heads in HD 2504/arizona 250 ?
