We needed to outsource an ADA order(about 140 signs) for a tight turnaround project. I found C&C Engraving in the Merchant Member area at Signs101 and I sent Gene the quote request which he responded to very quickly.
I ordered a couple of samples to make sure that the quality, finishes, etc met our client's approval. The samples were great and we got the order.
I sent Gene the full order and he turned it around in no time. Since then, I've had a couple of add-ons that he's turned around very quickly for us.
His pricing is competitive. he has great communication, responds in a timely manner, produces a top quality product, packages everything extremely well for shipping and does what he says he's going to do.
I wish every vendor we worked with was just like C&C engraving.
