All swatches 2022 from Adobe Illustrator swatches folder. if unzipped in placed in:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2026\Presets\en_US\Swatches\color books
some also available: https://github.com/AZ-597/PANTONE-ColorLibraries
the 2022 folder is from my copy of Adobe Illustrator CC 2022 (but also contains the unofficial V5 of the standard color set)
the biblioteca folder i found containing official v4 pantone colors.
in addition:
icolorpalette.com
is a great tool, enter your pantone color in the search, a list will populate, the first option (if it doesn't say similar) will have all data for that color, including LAB for color correction in RIP.

also is a great tool, for theoretical matching of pantone, RGB, CMYK, and various other colors including cut vinyl. I say theoretical, because sometimes i have gotten closer just eye-balling it. but it is a good tool none the less.
is nice also in that it provides LAB for pantone. but is also very nice if you need a color corrected paint swatch to output for inkjet printing. i.e. printing a Sherwin Williams color. Just choose range and select color manufacture, then find color, and then you will have LAB values for said color(s).
in the past i have had to input alternate LAB values into my RIP when colors were either not present in the software or did not print accurate.
