adjusting temperature and vacuum

We have an HP latex 335 and when I go to adjust the vacuum and temperature it is all greyed out and won't let me adjust anything. With our old l26500 I was able to adjust it right away on the settings. Is there something I need to change to be able to adjust this?

Adjustments are performed from the printer front panel > Substrate Library > Select Media > Pen Icon next to Print Mode being used > adjust temp - note that the vacuum setting is located under Advanced Settings. Be sure to save the changes on the way out.
