Adobe plug-ins

someone have idea why I my flexi don't load any adobe filter ?????
I've flexi-pro 8.6 running on vista 64 bits.
I reset flexi for color problems, and all the plug-ins are gone....now i can't load...
edit>preferences? file path> folder where are plug-ins into photoshop...ok..and surprise !!!!!!!! nothing happen !!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrr
