Adobe Reader question

Is it possible to do a colour seperation out of adobe reader when I go to print something? I can't seem to find anywhere that will give me the option to do that.

No, but what program (such as Illustrator or Corel) are you using that you might be able to open it or import it? If it has spot colors it should retain it.

when I try to import it into Corel it comes up as corrupt

If you have Adobe Illustrator, use that. Adobe has built Illustrator and Acrobat on the same architecture So illustrator will open it. Might have some issues with certain aspects of the file though.
