Had to have a tech come out yesterday to trouble shoot some heavy banding I was getting with my new Mimaki. We thought maybe it was the 3rd party ink giving me issues and maybe some profiling issues, but it turned out to be a pump just not quite pumping enough.
These guys stay on it until you get resolve, and that's why I ALWAYS will go back to them. Standing behind a product you sell with tech support over the phone way beyond when the warranty runs out is reason enough for me to not go anywhere else. They are simply the best.
