Advise on equipment purchase

I am thinking of purchasing a Ricoh Gelsprinter that uses SawGrass ChromaBlast inks for sublimation on cotton materials. Has anyone had any experience with these products?

From what I have read, this systems is designed for white or light colored fabrics. Is there an option for darker fabrics?

Any input would be helpful.
