As the title states, Our Agfa Anapurna will not fire on any color. White is diconnected(we don't use it), so that's not a concern. My main concern is cmyk, not lm or lc. Yellow has been an issue for a while, but not terrible. The other 3 are fine. When I purge them, CMK come out great, Yellow doesn't do anything(my guess is a dead head). However, when i do a Prime or nozzle check, NOTHING happens! Not even a speck. Electrical? Where do I begin?
This all started after I removed the Yellow head to try to clear it. I had it out for a couple days, using a syringe and soaking(nothing worked). After I replaced it, that's when nothing would fire. The next day, The printer wouldn't turn on. When I pushed the Start button, it would light up, then power down. I shut off all power connected to it, let it sit, restart, same thing. I read about the F1 fuse....it took 3 days of searching to find it!..hidden behind other wires. Just had it fixed last night, but the heads still do not fire. The person that fixed it has no experience with this machine, so they don't know what else needs to be done.
Any insight is greatly appreciated as we have already been down for 2 weeks, with orders piling up. Thank you
