I have the 4.92 version of Versaworks. I recently checked for updates to see if I had downloaded the new profiles hoping that new ones would dl for my new SJ4 XR-640. Well, it downloaded strictly the profiles (from what I could tell) but now my AJ will not print trim or margin marks. It scans like it's printing, but doesn't drop any ink. Any ideas? Firmware is up to date on printer, did a cleaning, restarted versaworks, restarted my computer to no avail.
