Haven't used them in 3 years. Why? Had to wrap a race car twice because of them shipping wrong lam and film combo. Was all but called a liar when they were told it was their mistake until I reminded them of the circumstances. Then, when confronted with the facts, apologies. Did it change the time and effort spent to fix the problem on my end, of course not. Now, years later...what the heck, give them a chance and order two cartridges for a printer used to make film positives with. Took three days to get the order taken, told girl on phone, PLEASE make sure you send to the correct address. Gave her the address. Told salesman on the account verbally and by email, make sure to send to this address. You can guess the rest I'm sure. Sent to a 3 year out of date address, now scrambling to get a friend to help with printing positives for me to shoot for an order due tomorrow. I'll get it done, but I didn't need the headache for sure. Oh yeah, their first response when I called? Same as 3 years ago, assign blame to someone else until proven the mistake was theirs. Nothing has changed, their business model is the same. FAIL. So much for second chances.

30+ here as well. No way could I have been more clear with my order. Which is why I was dumbfounded that they screwed it up and then amused at how quick they were to assess blame somewhere else.
