Aluminum "No Trespassing" Signs - Production Method Suggestions

I have a client needing 200 12" x 18" or 12" x 12" "No Trespassing" signs they are wanting on metal. White background, one sided, 2-3 color. They will need two holes punched, and most likely rounded corners.

The text is to small to cut and weed, and it would become extremely labor intensive. I don't want to print, laminate, mount and trim because I don't think that the lifespan is there compared to other methods, and it doesn't look/feel like a quality product to me.

That basically leaves me with two options, flatbed print or screen print. I'd rather not have to do the finishing here (round the corners punch the holes) but my only options for flatbed would leave that up to me. I don't know where to begin with the screen printed approach. My hunch is that is the way to go, but I currently don't have a vendor.

Any suggestions, thoughts?

Thank you!

Yes call super signs in auburn, al. They will whip those things out and they will look great! They will screen them and punch holes. Shipping might suck but its a start

+1 for subbing them out. Let someone else with a bigger facility and better equipment make 200 signs for you. You might even be able to charge the same price and turn a higher profit on the job, versus doing it yourself.

I second the proposal to find a shop as close to you as possible with either a flatbed or screenprinting capabilities.

I'm a screen printer so that would be my method. I would most likely order blanks with rounded corners and holes already done. There are a number of merchant members here who could do it for you
