Am I loosing my head?

Catchy title right?

So for the passed month or so my machine barely prints yellow. Sometimes it doesn't spray yellow at all. After I do a heavy clean it sprays 60% and then after another cleans it gets better and only after the third heavy clean does it spray properly. Is this a sign that the head is going or something else?

Could be few things. Sounds like ink could be backtracking in the line. Have you ever replaced the capping station or dampers?
